Health Issues

I prefer the word "issues" over the word "problems" because "problems" is more disempowering than "issues".

My first health issue was when I got my arm caught in the wringer of an old washing machine. This made a four inch long and two inch wide scar on the inside of my inner upper left arm. When I had used ORMUS concentrates, for a few years, this scar softened up but it is still visible.

In Junior High School, I always took my dad's gymnastics class. I did one of my first back handsprings and hurt my right shoulder. I still can't put my right arm behind my upper back. I test this by putting my right arm over my shoulder and grasping my left hand behind my back. This seems to be as easy as ever.

Also, around this time, I was delivering papers and jammed the middle toe of my right foot into a concrete step. This broke my toe. It does not hurt any more but it is still deformed.

In the summer of 1994 I met my first girlfriend. She dumped me toward the end of summer and I decided to become depressed. I ended up in a state mental hospital for a month. My depression lasted for about a year and I dropped out of school. I spent most of each day sleeping. Deep rest reduces depressed.

I was given anti-depressants and eventually this helped end the depression but it periodically returned till I had taken ORMUS concentrates for a few years.

I ate the SAD (Standard American Diet) till 1998. My mom was inspired to change our family diet to a more healthy diet by my continued issue of depression. She started a health food store on our back porch and convinced me to start a healthy diet. This helped reduce my depression because I found out that I had hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) which is associated with depression.

My most recent health issue is a belly button hemorrhoid. I used to push it back in but it is bigger and harder to push in lately.

My biggest and longest health issue is dental. I got my first mercury filling when I was a child. I finally got them all removed in 2016. I think that the mercury killed all the teeth that have been removed. I am now missing 13 teeth. I am eagerly (not anxiously) awaiting the availability of stem cell dental implants.

I have also had flat feet all of my life. ORMUS seems to help but I am not sure because I also use arch support inserts.
