Proposal

Discussion

In order to effectively research, document and distribute knowledge we will probably need to create some sort of an organization which can attract and disseminate funds.

  1. Create a work group to put a proposal together
  2. Put a business plan/proposal together to access funding for research
  3. Obtain documentation of positive results from m-state
  4. Distribute the information which is gathered
  5. Distribute products based on our research

Planning Criteria/Goals - How we will measure success

Anticipated Problems and How to Avoid Them

  1. Corporate and governmental opposition
  2. Badly done science
  3. Poorly documented science
  4. People getting hurt by poorly considered processes or products
  5. Environmental damage as a result of our actions or inaction

Organizational Structure/Organization of Effort

    Non-profit organization

    1. Create a new organization
    2. Use an existing organization
    3. Create a trade association

    For-profit organization

    1. Create a new organization
    2. Use an existing organization

    Motivators

    1. Love
    2. Money
    3. Charity

    Work groups

    1. Strategic planning workgroup
    2. Funding work group
    3. Science workgroup
    4. Data collection workgroup
    5. Media workgroup

    Positions

    1. Strategic Planning Coordinator: To coordinate the development and deployment of a strategy for getting ORMUS knowledge out into the world in the most loving way.
    2. Volunteer Coordinator: To coordinate all of the volunteers who are working on these tasks.
    3. Research Coordinator: To coordinate research and information gathering processes. This person should be retired or otherwise available full time and should have experience managing scientific research.
    4. Bio-effects Coordinator: To collect, collate and circulate information that people submit on the biological effects of the various m-state materials.
    5. Spiritual Effects Coordinator: To do the same thing with spiritual effects.
    6. Funding Coordinator: To search for funding for the research we want to do. Prior fundraising experience would be a great plus.
    7. Outreach Coordinator: To coordinate the sharing of ORMUS information.
    8. Web Coordinator: To coordinate web page development and placement.
    9. Artwork Coodinator: To promote the creation and utilization of visual artwork on the web and in presentations.
    10. Presentation Coordinator: To set up and coordinate presentation in order to inform and recruit new ORMUS enthusiasts.
    11. Membership Coordinator: To manage "member" information databases and coordinate membership in various email lists or postal mail lists.
    12. Publication Coordinator: To coordinate the collection of written information into an appropriate form for publication.

Funding

    Non-Profit Funding

    1. Funding from existing foundations (possibly become part of)
    2. Create a foundation to raise money
    3. Grants
    4. Gifts and donations
    5. Product sales

    For-Profit Funding

      Entrepreneurial funding
      Product sales

      1. Sell metal (gold, etc.) out of m-state
      2. Sell devices: free energy, levitating ceramics, radiation waste cleanup, ozone, vortex trap, detector and remover of resonance, water energizer
      3. Transmutation
      4. School of Enlightenment/Healing
      5. Sell as food supplement
      6. Sell ormus products, coins
      7. Sell or license process
      8. Sell information - books, seminars

Researching and Documenting Information

    Research Priorities

    1. Create list of desired research projects
    2. Identify ormus material using variety of methods
    3. Learn to separate and concentrate m-state
    4. Learn to measure concentration
    5. Study basic physical properties
    6. How many m-state type elements are there?
    7. Develop assay process
    8. Identify generic category/what differentiates it
    9. Promote research in existing facilities
    10. Create show-off devices (for funding): free energy, levitating ceramics, waste cleanup, magnetic trap
    11. Create show-off processes: transmutation, m-state glass, electronic invisibility, Brown's Gas

Create World's Most Complete and Accurate M-State Information Repository
