The most
frequently asked question in the ORMUS community is: what is the best product?
My typical answer to this question is:
You are unique,
just like everyone else.
What is
best for you will not be the same for everyone else.
Each of us has different nutritional needs and these needs change over time.
What is best for you right now probably will not be what is best for you next
year. The vendors listed on the sources page all have products that some people

Some of the
most important uniqueness factors are whether you are most interested in ORMUS
science, ORMUS spirit, ORMUS plants or ORMUS health. These interests are not
mutually exclusive. Most people are interested in all three.
In response
to these varied interests, I have created email lists and Facebook groups that

Everything
is related to everything else. ORMUS science, ORMUS spirit, ORMUS plants or
ORMUS health can easily be related to each other.
Some people
object to certain topics. Some don't like spiritual discussion if it might
conflict with their religious beliefs. Others don't like health discussion if
it might relate to sexual factors. For example, some people have objected to
the discussion of the genitals.
All
discussions are encouraged because they help others resolve health issues. The
most important discussion that is encouraged is scientific discussion. The
scientific method is well described in many places. Professional scientists
make observations and then propose hypotheses to explain these observations.
Each hypothesis is then independently tested and, if it proves out, the
hypothesis evolves into a theory. Observations and measurements are considered
to be facts but hypotheses and theories are not considered to be facts.
